Copyright and Author Rights Policy
1. Retention of Copyright by Authors
In line with modern international open-access standards and requirements, authors publishing with Refined-Research & Analytical Support Associates Private Limited journals (including all journals published by Refined-Research & Analytical Support Associates Private Limited) and book projects retain full, unrestricted copyright of their work without limitations.
2. Grant of Publishing Rights
Upon signing the publication agreement, authors grant the Company a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable license to act as the primary publisher of record. This includes the right to:
- Publish, print, and distribute the work globally in digital (PDF, HTML, XML) and print formats.
- Index the metadata of the article in global bibliographic databases.
- Migrate the content to alternative digital formats in the future to preserve structural integrity.
3. Comprehensive Self-Archiving Policy (Green Open Access)
We actively encourage authors to self-archive their work to maximize scientific reach. Authors retain full, unrestricted rights to deposit all versions of their manuscript across decentralized repositories without an embargo period:
- Preprint Version: The initial manuscript prior to peer review.
- Accepted Manuscript: The peer-reviewed, accepted version before final corporate typesetting.
- Version of Record (Publisher's PDF): The final, typeset HTML/LaTeX/PDF version found on our official websites.
Permitted Repositories: Authors may freely upload their work to personal web portals, institutional digital repositories, subject-specific pre-print servers, and academic networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu, ORCID). A formal link and citation to the original source on www.bjiks.org or www.rasaedu.org must be included.
4. Digital Preservation and Archiving Plan
To guarantee that all published research remains permanently readable and discoverable in perpetuity, the Company implements automated internal server backups and actively works toward integrating long-term digital preservation frameworks (all published articles and datasets are archived using Unlimited Cloud Hosting services via Hostinger, providing high-speed redundancy and 99.9% uptime).
